Individual apartment owner made a request and needed new apartment floor plan. He currently had a PDF floor plan with the names of the rooms, the area of the rooms and the furniture, but the length of any wall was not shown on this floor plan. The apartment had also undergone some minor renovations - some walls were demolished and some were added. Therefore, this floor plan had to be corrected with reality in order to be sent to the relevant institution for approval.
Change and digitization of the floor plan of the apartment
We made a digital drawing of the floor plan of the apartment provided by the client and corrected the wall locations with reality. We also added the lengths of all the walls to the floor plan drawing, which we could calculate from the original drawing - the wall measurements were not given as starting information, but we calculated them ourselves.
As a result, the client received 3 files:
PDF floor plan drawing with wall dimensions
PDF floor plan drawing without wall dimensions
AutoCAD dwg floor plan drawing that can be used for future modifications
